Burch Barger joined the Beeson Divinity School staff in 2005 and assumed the new position of administrative dean in 2010. She oversees the admissions and alumni relations departments and provides oversight for Beeson's budgeting, fundraising, and marketing efforts. She is an ordained deacon in the PC-USA church. She and her husband, Jim, have two sons.
