Kurt D. Selles

Director of Global Center and
Associate Professor of Divinity

Kurt Selles directs the Global Center and teaches missions. He joined Beeson Divinity School after 19 years in Taiwan and China, where he worked with churches, taught in universities and directed the Calvin College Semester-in-China Program. He is the author of A New Way of Belonging: Covenant Theology, China, and the Christian Reformed Church, 1921-1951, has written numerous journal articles on the Chinese church, and contributed a chapter on urban missions and the Chinese church in For God So Loved the World: Missiological Reflections in Honor of Roger S. Greenway.  His research interests are the challenges facing missions in the 21st century, the history of Christianity in China, the American mission movement, and global Christianity. He and his wife, Vicki, have three children.

 

Michaela Bundon

Michaela Bundon is from Knoxville, TN. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, TN and Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. She began her work as the Program Assistant at the Global Center in August 2007.

 

Nancy Carroll

Special Projects Coordinator of Global Center

Nancy received an Master of Theological Studies from Beeson in 2008 and has an undergraduate degree in public relations from Auburn University and a master's degree in marketing communications from Eastern Michigan University. She began working as Special Projects Coordinator for the Global Center in 2008. She and her husband, Bill, have two children.
