Pastors School Pre-Conference

"Knot or Noose?-- Sustainable Marriage in a Facebook Culture"

Anyone who's engaged in meaningful  ministry in this century is aware of the near epidemic level that divorce among twenty-somethings and fifty-somethings has reached. Marriages are unraveling faster than an old sweater. Veteran Pastors School seminar leader Fran Sciacca believes it has little to do with relational styles or temperament differences: "The epidemic of divorce among believers is not due to conflicts over money, sex, or 'love languages.' It's the fruit of decades of weak teaching on the nature and purpose of marriage within the overall story of redemption."

Join us on Monday, July 23, 10:00am,-4:00pm for this presentation of Fran's new conference material. You'll glean invaluable insights for your own ministry, marriage counseling, and your own spiritual formation. Topics include: "New Eyes, Not Better Vision," "Fallen Gender," "Marriage and the Great Reversal," and "The Mystery and Marriage." This pre-conference workshop also includes the 100-page Knot Or Noose? notebook, which contains 10 weeks of follow-up material suitable for married couples and small groups.

Fran has delivered this material to churches throughout the Southeast as well as to college students on the Alabama and Clemson campuses. it is suitable for singles, engaged couples, and marrieds. If you are willing to step "outside the box" on an urgent topic, this workshop is for you!
